At our e-commerce website, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a returns and exchanges policy to help make things right. Here is some information about our policy:

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.

All items must be in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped).

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the item.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team to obtain an RMA number.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but we will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost.

Please note that the above policy applies to standard merchandise. Some items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
